Attorney-at-Law · Warsaw, Poland
I represent Clients throughout Poland in litigation matters (criminal, civil, inheritance, family and labour law) and provide comprehensive legal services to professional soldiers and other uniformed services personnel. I also work fluently in English.
In 2013 I graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. My master's thesis on substantive criminal law was supervised by Dr Piotr Kładoczny.
I have been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2017. For more than a decade I have represented Clients in litigation before courts of all instances — including the Supreme Court, the Administrative Courts and the Military Courts — in matters of broadly understood civil law (including family, inheritance and labour cases) as well as criminal law.
A particular area of my practice is the representation of professional soldiers and other uniformed services personnel (including officers of the Police, Prison Service, Border Guard, Internal Security Agency, Military Intelligence Service and Military Counterintelligence Service). I represent them in administrative, social-security (pensions and other benefits), disciplinary and criminal proceedings.
Defence in criminal, petty-offence and fiscal-criminal cases, as well as representation of injured parties and auxiliary or private prosecutors.
Payment claims, damages, infringement of personal rights, property law and contract law.
Proceedings for confirmation of inheritance acquisition and division of the estate, claims for the legitime (zachowek) and related matters.
Representation in divorce, alimony, parental authority, place-of-residence and contact cases, as well as in property matters (division of marital assets).
Representation of both employees (claims for payment, unlawful termination of employment, work certificates) and employers.
Article 37a of the Penal Code permits the application of non-custodial penalties across a wide range of offences.
